Time Shifted Colds
I’m still working out how to layout these In The News posts. I defaulted to what I’ve been using for all my other newsletters, but I’m not quite sure it fits. Please feel free to pass along any suggestions.
I hope you are all having a good week. Thursdays and Fridays are my weekends right now (again, you've got to love that shift work), so I’ve been trying to catch up with all the household chores and work in some relaxation time. Unfortunately, my body clock has been shifted a few hours. If you thought the daylight-saving time shift was terrible, try shifting 4 hours. Is this what it would feel like if you moved from New York to Alaska?
Has anyone noticed an increase in colds or flu in your community? I think every other coworker, including myself, has had a cough for the last week. Not COVID, I tested—just a head/chest cold.
Oh well. More later. Time to enjoy a movie and a large mug of hot chocolate.
